Let's Keep On Pressing

Shalom achotee and I pray that all is going well. I know that now the battle is heated up a bit, but you must realize that you are totally in charge of your body; and you want to be that example so that you can help others. Remember that we have the mind of YAHSHUA MESSIYAH and we must be discipline in our diet. Start keeping a journal of everything that you eat. Exercise at least five days a week, if possible twice a day. Drink at least 64 oz of water everyday. And before going to bed start doing sit-ups. Place hands behind your head, lift and lower your head only for a count of 20. The next week add 5 more lifts. We are in this way for the rest of our life, so let us press as never before! Remember the more raw fruits and veggies you put into your body the better you will feel.

BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE:

2 bananas (frozen)

1 cup of frozen strawberries

1 handful of cashews (raw)

handful of Kale or spinach

1/2 cup of ice

1/3 cup of water

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. This is very filling, because of the cashew nuts.
