My New Workout Program

I have started a new program, because I was not pleased with the way I looked. I have lost weight, but the firmness was just not there. My thighs and arms were not firm at all. So, I spoke with my husband and he told me that I needed to lift weights as he does. Weight lifting is something that I just don't like doing, but over these few weeks I can see a great change in my body all over.

My daughter, Yahrona is working out with me. We jog 3 times a week 5 miles, and lift weights 3 times a week. It is very, very, HOT here, so my daughter and I run at 4:30 in the morning. Yahrona encourages me, and I  encourage her. We both have set goals to do more then we think that we can. It all starts in the mind, so as a man thinks, so is he. By next month both of us will be jogging 6 miles once a week and lifting 20lbs over our chest. My desire is to encourage women my age 55 years old that you can look and be healthy. If we would just believe Torah and start walking like DaniYah, Elisha, and YAHSHUA HA MESSIYAH. 

Eating like the world has destroyed the health of many people today. Most women can't even walk a mile or two without being out of breath and there feet hurting. You must change your diet in order to lose weight and exercise to feel your best. Seeking YAHWEH for all things, will instruct you in the righteous direction. The bayit that YAHWEH has given you, how are you caring for it? YAHWEH says, for us to come out of the world and be you separate. There must be a people that is different from the world and it's corrupt ways. We must have all lust under control and walk as a discipline one as YAHSHUA. We will post a picture now and a new picture at the end of September. Yahrona is 26 and I am 55 years old, my daughter is my encouragement, and I shall press always to be healthy, fit, and set apart from the world as Torah instructs!Sisterhood Health 026d.JPG
