Shabbat Shalom

Greetings this evening to all the health journey achotee and friends, I pray that all of you have lost some weight. I lost 4lb, which was not my goal weight; but I am not discourage. I will stop eating some of the avocados and also start a seven day juice feast. It is important not to eat after 5:00PM and to keep a journal on every thing that you eat. We must remember that we are striving to be healthy, so eating a kale salad, or spinach salad twice a day is important. My main goal in life is to help myself so that I can help others. I not only want to look healthy, but to feel tov (good) inside and have a clear mind.

As women of faith must exercise what YAHWEH has given us, so that others can see and inquire, how were you able to over come? My encouragment comes from my husband, whatever I need to help me he supports it. Eating a raw food diet is the best way for me, and I am feeling great! My diet is simple and I keep it that way, because in Torah YAHSHUA ate simple, Daniel ate simple, and Elijah ate simple, only twice a day. I will no longer let the world dictate to me what is healthy and what is not. I am finding that eating more greens and least fruit is the best way for me to go. The more I read about health, toxins, diseases, and obesity, I know that I have to make changes in my diet that will safe my life. It is never to late to change your diet and get healthy. I do not want to die before my time.

My goal for this month is to lose 10 lbs.  I am going to use my free weights 4 times a week. Monday I will start a juice feast to help get a few pounds more off. I will do this for 7 days, drinking at least 11/2 gallons of green juice a day. Remember if you were walking 15 minutes take it up to 30 minutes twice a day. We walk by faith, not by sight, and we can do all things through YAHSHUA.

Remember if you have any questions e-mail me.
