SHALOM, SHALOM!

I had to drop in this morning to share this recipe with the achotee that are on this health journey. I found on youtube a recipe for breakfast or lunch that is filling. The more raw foods you start your day off with, you will be moving on to a healthy life. Putting in live enzymes will make you feel alive, and stop some of your junk food cravings.  I have not had cooked foods for two weeks and I feel great!  At 4:30 AM I walked 4 miles and I am ready for the Day that YAHWEH has made.

We as followers of YAHSHUA must set the pattern and be the example for others to see.  That we are and can be discipline as YAHSHUA HA MESSIYAH. I have no doubt that we can over come any sickness or disease, by just changing your diet and exercise. Here is the recipe for a delicious smoothie.

PINEAPPLE MANGO SMOOTHIE

1 mango

2 frozen bananas

1 handful spinach

1/2 cup chopped pineapple

1/2 cup ice

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothe. This is a smoothie you just don't want to share. No canned pineapples, fresh.
