Sisterhood Health Journey

Today is the day that I start my new life with better health. I know many sisters that struggle with weight and health issues. Any one's  health issue starts with their diet. If your diet consist of junk foods and mostly cooked, and greasy foods, then you are filled with toxins that need to come out. These toxins causes diseases in the stomach and will spread through out the body. In order to be healthy you must eat a diet that has live enzymes and exercise. YAHWEH has made us wonderfully and HE has given us foods and herbs for our health and well being.

Over the years I have read books and have done a little research on how to be and stay healthy. I have watch many women struggle with this issue. Torah lets us know how the people of YAHWEH should eat, Daniel did not eat the kings meat. John came eating wild honey and  locust. YAHSHUA ate very little and some days He went without. YAHSHUA did a lot of traveling from place to place with the disciples and they did not stop at McDonald's. The scripture talks about bread, fish, broiled not fried, veggies, fruit, and honey.

We as faithful followers of YAHSHUA must show discipline according to Torah Truth. For whom the SON makes free is free indeed.We must also have a new mindset to see what we have done to our self and make a change.

I would like ALL the women of faith to start this journey with me. Sis. Marianna has given us much information to go by. For the next 60 days I would like the achotee to find a diet that work for you or follow the one that Sis. Marianna has on this site. I am going to post my weight, and the diet that I will faithfully commit to through the strength of YAHSHUA. Starting this Sunday I will have all that information up on the site. We must realize that our issues start in the stomach, but by changing your diet and exercising you can and will be delivered.

Wheatgrass helps dieters by speeding up blood circulation and metabolic rate, and enhance digestive powers, and melt that excess fat in the body. Wheatgrass is live with enzymes, it has the ability to heal, nourish, and balance the body. Wheatgrass is full of magnesium and it has been tested for anti-cancer properties.You can drink wheatgrass three to four times a week, whichever time that drink it you should have 2 oz. Drink it first thing in the morning before eating and you will receive great results.

The diet that I have been practicing in my daily life it includes the raw food diet. Bro. Paul Nisen has assist me and also Sis. Marianna. I have had tov (good) health in eating the raw diet. I have been eating this way for six years and this diet has worked wonders for me. I will give you a layout of my diet, exercise routine, and my daily eating plan. I have put on 15 lbs. that I do not need, by eating bread and too many nuts. I want to make a change that will last forever and help others too.

I want to start this new journey by exercising twice a day. Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday weight training with 5 lb weights, for 30 minutes each time. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday walk 4 miles in the morning and 3 miles in the evening. Upon rising drink 8oz of water and 2 oz of wheatgrass.

Breakfast

2 pieces of fruit

Mid Morning

Green drink: kale, celery, carrot, dandelion leaves, 1 cup of water and a pinch of cayenne

Lunch

Large kale salad w/ avocado dressing and a piece of fruit or some nuts

Dinner

Green drink same as mid morning

Water

Drink plenty of water as much as 64 oz a day.

At this time my weight is 149 lb. My goal weight for this month 140 lb.

At the end of the sixty days I want to be a healthy 130 lb.

I will check in with you all to let you know about my progress. I have a new mind-set to defeat the lust of my flesh, that I can help others. Eating food in it's simplest form will put in live enzymes to help you to live. Eating more raw foods will give you energy, and improve your digestive system.  If you are not use to exercising start by walking 15 minutes a day and add 5 minutes each week to your walk. By the end of the month you will be walking 30 minutes. I am posting a before picture and at the end of the month, another picture. The daughters of YAHWEH can be and live a healthy life, by praying and eating a healthy diet according to the Torah.
