Outfit Fit For Any Season
Feminine And Sweet Kodesh Look
This outfit is truly one of the most relaxed and fit for any season project I have accomplished. Generally creating a contrast of soft textures and simple embellishments. I acquired the material for my shirt from Wal-mart for the low price of $1.50 a yard. I designed the shirt from a 'Project Runway' dress pattern simplicity # 2694. Trying to achieve a feminine, sweet, yet kodesh look.
The decadently-soft, yet richly toned khaki material, which I made my skirt from was out of the material donated to YAHWEH'S Congregation. I created this skirt of my own design using only four yards of material. I meticulously stitched with crimson thread to effortlessly help the skirt compliment the top.
Less dramatic is the head covering which was created from the fortunately leftover scrap from my shirt. I created a simple rectangular bandana then added elastic to make it like a headband.
I thank YAHWEH that HE has helped me to learn a skill with my hands, and gave me wisdom in designing my own clothes.
