Green Smoothie

This green smoothie is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner,  and you can have it every day! It is a great treat for the whole family.

Ingredients:

1 handful of spinach or kale leaves

2 bananas

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup of ice

1 cup of water

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
