Pesach Unleavened Bread Recipe
The sisterhood prepare our own unleaven bread during Pesach and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The recipe we use is very tasteful, and there have been many request for it over the years.
Ingredients:
8 cups flour
3 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar or 1/2 cup honey
2 cups water
4 eggs
1 cup oil
Preparation:
Pour flour into a large bowl, add salt, sugar or honey, water, and oil. Knead ingredients together until you have a dough ball. Place dough onto greased pan. Spread dough over entire pan by using a patting motion.
Bake in oven on 400°. Bread is ready when it turns golden brown. Remove from oven, and let cool. Break bread apart into your desired portion size.
*This recipe serves approximately 20 people. For a smaller serving cut the recipe ingredients in half.
