Blueberry Cheese Cake

Mothers cheesecakeThis is a recipe that Mother Frances loves, and I enjoy making it for her and the other saints here.

2-8oz. cream cheese (soften)

3-eggs

1-cup sugar

1/3-cup lemon juice

2-tablespoons vanilla

1-large graham cracker crust

Mix cream cheese and sugar together, add eggs 1 at a time. Now add lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cheese cake cool for 30 minutes and then add your blueberry pie filling on top. Place in refrigerator until cool, slice and enjoy!
