Nutty Pecan Bar

YAHWEH's Sisterhood thinks you should indulge in the this creamy, decadent substance that will take you back to the 'old fashion' way to relax. With the nutty pecans and the unmistakable harmony between the butter and sugar you are likely to be pleasantly surprised with results.

Ingredients:

1 8oz tub of Cool Whip

1 14oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 12oz can of Evaporated Milk

1 Tbsp Butternut Flavor

1 cup Chopped Pecans

2 Tbsp butter (softened)

1 Tbsp Sugar

Preparation:

Put chopped pecans, sugar, and butter into a small baking pan or baking sheet. Stir mixture together. Place in oven on 400 degrees. Occasionally stir while baking. When pecans, sugar, and butter becomes slightly hardened remove from stove and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl pour condensed and evaporated milk. With an electric beater whip and gradually add cool whip. Whip until smooth. Stir in pecan mixture. Pour into a container large enough to hold the entire mixture. Place a lid over container. Place container in freezer for 8 hours or until cream is firm.

Makes 4 servings

Yields 2 pints
