Pecan Coconut Pie

The sisterhood and the Tshuwah family invite you to taste and see how tov (good) this pie is. This pecan coconut pie is delicious and you can not eat just one piece.

 

Ingredients:

1 stick butter (melted)

3 oz. cream cheese soften

2 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

1 TBSP. apples cider vinegar

1/2 cup coconut

1/2 cup pecans (chopped)

 8 inch deep pie crust shell


Preparation:

Beat in a large bowl the first 3 ingredients.  Add the other ingredients and mix by hand. Pour mixture into deep pie crust shell. 

Bake at 325° for one hour in oven. 

Let cool and enjoy.

Make 4 servings.
