Kadosh Vegetarian

(Day 4)

On Wednesday here at Victory our dinner is vegetarian, but because of the feast days it was decided to add lamb to the menu. The lamb was home grown and we roasted it on the grill with rosemary, olive oil, garlic, and other herbs. Blackpeas with rice, corn-on-the-cob, kale salad, yeast bread, waldarf salad, garlic gravy, lemon pound and ice tea. This garlic gravy is so delicious you won't ever want brown gravy again.
