Pepper and Onion T-Bone or Rib eye Steak
The sisterhood delight in preparing a T-Bone and Rib eye steak, and love to settle down to the tender, delicious, and mouth watering steak at home without eating out.
Ingredients:
2 medium steaks
1/2 stick of butter
1 medium onion
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium red bell pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. steak seasoning
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation:
- Put butter in a medium skillet frying pan, melt. Place steaks in pan and sprinkle steak seasoning on them.
- Cook until both sides are brown.
- If you desire the steaks to be well done, cook for about 5 more minutes on each side.
- Remove steaks from pan and lay them aside.
- Toss onions and peppers in same pan with a tablespoon of butter.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, steak seasoning and a pinch of salt into ingredients then saute’ for 3 minutes.
- Turn burner off.
- Place steaks back into skillet with onions and peppers then let simmer for about 3 minutes. Cover with a lid and serve hot.
