Pepper and Onion T-Bone or Rib eye Steak

The sisterhood delight in preparing a T-Bone and Rib eye steak, and love to settle down to the tender, delicious, and mouth watering steak at home without eating out.

Ingredients:

2 medium steaks

1/2 stick of butter

1 medium onion

1 medium green bell pepper

1 medium red bell pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. steak seasoning 

1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation:

  1. Put butter in a medium skillet frying pan, melt. Place steaks in pan and sprinkle steak seasoning on them.
  2. Cook until both sides are brown.
  3. If you desire the steaks to be well done,  cook for about 5 more minutes on each side.
  4. Remove steaks from pan and lay them aside.
  5. Toss onions and peppers in same pan with a tablespoon of butter.
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder, steak seasoning and a pinch of salt into ingredients then saute’ for 3 minutes.
  7. Turn burner off.
  8. Place steaks back into skillet with onions and peppers then let simmer for about 3 minutes. Cover with a lid and serve hot.

Makes 2 servings
