Saute´ Mushrooms, Carrots, And Celery

The combination of mushrooms, carrots, celery, and onions can spice up any boring meal, and the sisterhood loving using this combination when preparing a meal.

Ingredients:

1 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced

2 large carrots grated

2 medium onions (chopped)

2 stalks of celery (chopped finely)

1/2 cup butter

1 TBSP. Lawry's Seasoning salt

Preparation:

  1. Combine mushrooms, carrots, onions, and celery into a large skillet pan with butter. Sprinkle the Lawry Seasoning salt while cooking.
  2. Cook over medium heat until done.
  3. Drain off excessive juice.
  4. Serve with any side dish such as a bake potato, rice, etc.
