Stir- Fry Spinach
The sisterhood prepare green vegetables all the time. Stir- fry spinach is one vegetable that is easy and simple to prepare. It can be used as a side dish with any meal.
Ingredients:
3 16oz. bags of frozen spinach (thawed)
2 medium onions
1 teaspoon seasoning salt ( With No MSG)
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation:

In a sauce pan or medium frying pan saute´onions and butter.

Add spinach to onions.

Sprinkle seasoning salt to vegetables.

Cook until most of the water from the vegetables are cooked off.
Makes approximately 4 servings.
