Oatmeal Wonderful

4 cups water

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 1/2 cups oatmeal (old fashion)

1/2 cups brown sugar, agave, cane sugar, or honey

1 apple (peeled and chopped)

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup pineapple tibits

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

2 tablespoons vanilla

2 tablespoons coconut flavor

1 tablespoon cinnamon

Bring water to a boil. Add butter, sea salt, honey, vanilla, coconut, and peanut butter. Add oatmeal and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Now, add all fruits, and cinnamon and turn the burner off and cover pot with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes. This breakfast oatmeal is very filling and will give you or your children that energy to make it through the morning.
