Bell Pepper Hummus
( Just for Two )
3 cups chick peas ( soaked 2 days and sprouted )
2 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
1/2 lemon
1 small onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 tablespoons Bragg liquid aminos
or
4 tablespoons liquid smoke
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
You do not have to eat raw foods to enjoy this recipe.
