Raw Lentil Hummus

( Just For Two)

2 Cups lentils ( soaked & sprouted 3 days)

1 Small red bell pepper ( seeded & chopped)

1/2 Cup ( chopped onion)

1/2  of lemon ( peeled)

Pinch of cayenne

1/3 Cup of agave ( or less)

1/3 Cup of Bragg liquid aminos

1/2 Teaspoon of paprika

Put all ingredients in  a high power blender, and blend until smooth. Place on a bed of lettuce with flax seed crackers. If you like hummus you will really enjoy this recipe.
