Kale Salad With Avocado Dressing

This recipe is simple to make, it gives provides super energy to make it through the rest of the day and you can have it as often as you like with your family. It is a very healthy salad that can be eaten daily, so enjoy!

Salad

Kale leaves 12 to 14 (washed and chopped)

Celery 2 stalks ( chopped)

Tomatoes 2 ( diced)

Carrot 1 (grated)

Cashews ( 2 handfuls)

Mix all together in large bowl

Dressing

Avocado 1 (peeled and cubed)

Cucumber 1 ( chopped)

 Olive oil 1/2 cup

Coconut oil 1/4 cup

Agave 1/3 cup

Apple cider 1/2 cup

Sea salt ( pinch)

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
