Vegetable Chicken Salad

Tshuwah sisterhood like to be created, and try different combinations of food together. Chicken salad is a simple dish, but when you add a few vegetables it becomes an exciting dish.

 

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken deboned and chopped

2 cups Mayonnaise

1 tsp. celery powder or 1 whole celery stick chopped

1 TBSP. onion powder

1 small onion chopped

½  tsp. sugar

3 boiled eggs chopped

1 small cooked carrot chopped

2 cups cooked noodles (your choice, macaroni, egg, etc.)

1 whole firm tomatoe chopped

½ cup corn drained

1 TBSP. mustard

1 tsp. seasoned salt

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 Tablespoons pickle radish (optional)

 

Preparations:

  1. Season chicken and bake in oven, or stew the chicken.
  2. Allow chicken to cool.
  3. Debone the chicken.
  4. Pour all other ingredient into bowl with chicken and mix together.
  5. Place in refrigerator until time to serve.

 

Makes 6 servings
