How To Start Your Morning

( My routine )

1. Prayer, todah YAHWEH for health and strength.

2. Water 8oz at room temperture, drink all of it.

3. Stretch for ten minutes to loosen the muscles.

4. If you have never exercise, start walking for 15 minutes or march in place

    moving your arms over your head for 15 minutes. And do the same thing in the evening.

5. Drink fresh green juice before breakfast 6 to 8 oz.

Recipe for GREEN juice

Kale or spinach (large bunch)

Celery 4 stalks

 Carrots 2

Lemon 1/2

Apple 1

Put all ingredients in a juicer and enjoy!
