Walking Is A Great Exercise!

Shalom achotee and freinds, I greet you all in the name of YAHSHUA HA MESSIYAH the living Torah Truth.

I pray that all is well with you all and that you and you are still pressing on your health journey. This morning at 4:30 AM I was able to go out and walk and breathe in YAH's fresh air. It has been so cold here that I have had to workout inside my house, but walking is my joy. Even though I am cripple I usely walk 3 to 4 miles in the morning. But, this morning I walked 1 mile with my 3lb weights and trotted 2 miles, oh what fun that was. I cool down with  2 laps around the black top and then stretched for 10 mintues.

YAHWEH has given me this vessel to care for, and a little exercise is needed to take care of it. Juicing in the morning is an excellent way to start your day also, if you want more fuel to get you through the day. Juicing greens is like getting an injection of fuel in your blood system , and you will feel energize. You don't have to eat a raw food diet to juice it is just a healthy thing to do for the body.

Eating healthy should be a way of life for all the people of YAHWEH. A diet means to die out to the lust of your belly and the worlds way of eating. I am striving daily to keep my diet simple and to eat foods in the state that they are grown in. And always drink plenty of water at room temperature, not 1 or 2 glasses, but at least 8 glasses a day.

Morning Green Drink

5 handfuls spinach

1 medium cucumber

2 medium carrots

Juice all ingredients

4 kale leaves

2 apples

1/4 piece lemon

4 stalks celery

Juice all ingredients!
