This Is The Day That YAHWEH Has Made
by Sister Jaquetta
On a spring morning I arise with a prayer,
giving Todah to YAHWEH, because I know He is near.
I barak my family when I walk or run,
it is still early morning, the day's just begun.
After looking well to my house and cleansing myself,
I go to the tabernacle to praise YAHWEH for my health.
I sing, dance, and play my tambourine,
or cry to refresh my soul, I know I am clean.
Next comes breakfast, chores, and fellowship.
I interact with my Sisters for kodash friendship.
I participate in dishes, food prep, laundry and more,
A woman of YAHWEH's life is never a bore!
As evening wears on I spend time with my ABBA YAHWEH.
I get to know HIM better through HIS word when I hide it in my heart.
At evening prayer I talk to HIM more.
I read about HIS riches and examine my core.
The day is over and a new one begins.
I reflect on my day and on what I did,
As I prepare for bed I find comfort in the Scriptures,
and always finish with Mishle 31, so I can get the picture
of how to live my days without vengeance or strife.
"Loveliness is deceptive and prettiness is vain.
But a woman who fears YAHWEH is to be praised.
Give her of the fruit of her hands
and let her works praise her in the gates."
Mishle 31:30,31
