7 Tbsp. yeast

1/2 cup of sugar

1 Tbsp. salt

4 1/2 cups of warm water

1/2 stick of butter  (melted)

*Pour water over your forearm. If you cannot feel hot or cold, temperature is  just right.

Preheat oven 375°.

Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt into a bowl and stir. In the same bowl, add warm water, one cup at a time. When all those ingredients are combined together, knead butter into the dough and form into a dough ball. Let the dough rise in the bowl until double its size. While dough is rising, lightly grease your baking sheet. Then, lightly flour your table. After dough has risen, put a small amount on table and knead. With rolling pin, roll the dough 1/2 inch thick and cut with a round biscuit or cookie cutter. Place on baking sheet and again let rise until double the size. Put in oven and bake, checking continuously until bread is golden brown.

Yields 40 rolls.

Turn oven off and cover rolls. Let sit in warm oven until served.
