Crispy Oven Baked Fish

The Sisterhood endeavors to keep the crispy texture of  fish without all the excess oil that you would get from frying, so we bake it often. This recipe gives the fish a crispy and delicious flavor that will leave you satisfied.IMG_5949-1.JPG

 

Ingredients:

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

1/8 tsp. celery

1/8 tsp. black peppercooked baked fish-1.JPG

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

2 cups seasoned croutons, crushed

1/2 cup of flour

5 pieces of fillet fish

 

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs,and add seasoning salt, celery, black pepper and garlic powder. Set aside.

2. Crush croutons and mix in flour and a pinch of salt.

3. Dip fish in egg mixture then roll the fish in the croutons.

4. Place on a slightly oiled baking sheet.

5. Bake in oven on 395° until golden brown.

6. Let cool a few miniutes and serve.


Makes approx. 3 servings
